- Call to order: at 7 PM by presiding President, Denice Steinmann
- Attendance: total of 15 voting members in attendance
- Reading of the meeting agenda: the agenda for the meetingwas reviewed with all attendees.
- Old Business
- Completion of the new home at 3915 Beaver Run
- Repaired drainage pipes under the roads
- Electric wiring repair under Cuba road entrance, street lights required repairs, and new lighting was installed at both entrances and mailboxes
- Stonework repairs on the entry signs and mailboxes
- Substantial time spent on dealing with departed homeowner
- Fines were paid-in-full
- Fines were paid-in-full

- Plan to seal coat the roads in spring of 2019
- Approximate cost is $6,000
- Dead tree removal under consideration by the Board
- Request for homeowners to replace trees
- Association requests of homeowners to remove the trees. If the homeowner doesn’t remove the tree(s) then the association will remove the trees and charge the homeowners.
- Discussion on the possibility to include tree trimming at perhaps a good discount
- Installation of crushed stone shoulder along Beaver Run and Clearwater under consideration by the Board
- Goal is to eventually widen Beaver Run and Clearwater
- 18 inches wide grade 9 crushed compacted lime stone
- 18 inches deep to support eventual widening of the roads
- Would have to research utilities like Comcast
- Roads are approximately 16 ft wide
- Beaver Run is 2,600 feet long
- Clearwater was 1,472 feet long
- 7,000 linear feet to widen excluding driveways
- $20 per linear foot to widen, total cost $150,000
- Recommendation from homeowner to start a committee
- Discover what the maximum road width
- Board is requesting opinion on the remaining life of the roads from homeowners
- Part of the Board is recommending increased dues starting in 2020
- Neighborhood pick-up will coincide with Earth Day weekend and will be on Saturday April 22nd at 8 am. Meet at Clearwater and Beaver Run
- Plan to seal coat the roads in spring of 2019

- Association due notices were sent out and the due date is March 31st
- All Association dues from 2018 were successfully collected for a total of $72,000.00

- Snow removal hasn’t been the great this year
